I ordered a cake from Bartz bakery for my brother in law's 90th birthday party. His favorite Disney character is Pinnochio. They created a wonderful 1/2 sheet cake with Pinnochio on it from a picture I took in. It turned out just great and he was so surprised! Thanks so much!!!😉

Oh my goodness, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING JOB!!!! You guys have no idea how happy I am with your work on my boy’s first birthday cake and cupcakes! You did an absolutely amazing job on this! Everyone asked who did it and they weren’t surprised to find out it was you! I honestly can’t thank you enough. This is the best job I’ve ever seen anyone do on a cake. It was identical to the pics! You did an absolute perfect job! If I could give you 10 stars I would! Thank you again a billion times!!!!!

I went in today after many years to get some of my moms old favorites. The place has totally changed. Used to be huge, so much stuff. I didn’t even recognize it. The retail space is tiny. Half the space devoted to coolers with pop and juice. A very small variety. Items are laid out on tables with plastic table cloths. The customer service was friendly. What happened?

Love the new interior of Bartz Bakery with new flooring, new counters and bakery display cases. Also like the new self serve coffee station and cozy tables to enjoy a coffee and pastry before the work day or for a midday coffee break. Now for the pastries: I like the variety of items from fresh bread, coffee cakes, pastries, pies, and more. The oreo cheesecake is delicious as well as the eclair. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Whether it’s Paczki Day, Christmas or Easter I can always count on Bartz with call ahead ordering of fresh Halka, French and Rye Breads, authentic Blessing Breads and cross buns and of course Paczki. Employees who continued on and have been there for years and the lovely new employees. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. I love the remodel-well done. It’s so bright and cheerful! Keep up the good job!
